Mark your calendars for Saturday July 7, 2018 when the Chicago Beer Society will present Return of Curds and Ale, a celebration of cheese and beer. This afternoon event will take place in the upstairs space at Dovetail Brewery, and will feature a CBS-procured selection of craft beers paired with a variety of artisan cheeses, sweets from Katherine Anne Confections, and other surprises…
As many of you already know, pairing the right beer with the perfect cheese can make for a truly exciting combination. With common roots in agrarian history & modern artisan renaissance, similarities in flavors, and a huge range of characteristics, beer & cheese can reach amazing heights when properly paired together – and we’ll be presenting over a dozen expertly paired combinations at this event!
